How core charges work

Your old part is called a “core.” A core charge is a refundable deposit that you get back when you return that old part to us.

  1. Order your replacement part The refundable core charge is added automatically and listed separately in your cart.
  2. Return your old part Please send it back within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your original invoice. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Receive your refund We’ll issue a refund of your core charge to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of receiving your core.
